Work Incidents and your responsibilities

The University of Utah invests a substantial sum of resources into its employees’ safety including engineering controls, personal protective equipment, guidance documents for working with hazardous materials safely, safety training and medical facilities to treat injuries. If you have an incident at work, you must go to an Occupational Medical Clinic to be evaluated and assessed. This is not optional, you are required to go.

The RedMed Employee Health Clinic is located in the Student Union Building on the ground floor next to the bowling lanes and pool table area. Take advantage of the university’s investment in you and your safety.
