The biannual sale on select Apple products is back. Save the date, this highly anticipated event will be held in-store and online from April 19 – 23. It is the best opportunity to save on Apple products all year, especially while shopping for graduation gifts. In addition to everyday educational pricing, University staff and students will receive an added discount on Apple AirPods, Apple Watches, and select models of the 13-inch MacBook Air and 16-inch MacBook Pro. Discounts will vary by product so be sure to check out the sale prices and FAQ page before placing your order.

Pre-orders will be accepted starting Monday, March 29. We strongly encourage customers to pre-order their chosen items in order to get them the week of the sale. Due to circumstances surrounding COVID-19 some items may be delayed. For the most up-to-date information about delivery timelines and stock please call a UTech sales associate.

The Campus Store offers curbside pick-up at the main Campus Store and Campus Store Health, simply select curbside pick-up at checkout. Once your order is ready to be picked up, you’ll receive an email notifying you that your order is available at either the main Campus Store or at Campus Store Health (south parking lots), during regular store hours.

Staff and faculty may purchase items totaling under $2,000 through payroll deduction. This seamless process allows University of Utah employees to have the cost of their purchase automatically deducted from a series of paychecks. More information on payroll deduction can be found here.
