The goal of America Saves Week is to motivate individuals to take steps toward their savings and debt reduction goals. Take the America Saves Pledge to make a commitment to yourself.

A great way to save is setting up payroll deduction to one of the university’s supplemental retirement plans. You can choose to open an account with either Fidelity Investments or TIAA-CREF.

To start saving or to change the amount you are already deferring, complete a salary reduction agreement for one or both plans.
