‘GREAT COLLEGES TO WORK FOR’ SURVEY

The Chronicle of Higher Education is opening its 2017 survey on Great Colleges to Work For. HR will randomly select 1,800 faculty and staff to participate, now is your chance to rank the U on a national level.

“The University of Utah is pleased to participate again this year in the Chronicle of Higher Education Great Colleges to Work For survey.  This survey provides important data which allows us to compare ourselves to other higher education institutions nationally,” said Vice President of Human Resources Jeff Herring. “Additionally, the information gained in this process helps the university understand how best to enhance governance style, compensation and benefits, employee confidence and satisfaction, facilities, workspace and security, respect and appreciation, teaching environment and more.”

Survey participants are chosen randomly and anonymity is strictly observed. Herring continued, “If you are selected for participation this year, I encourage you to help the university by taking the time to complete this 15-minute survey.”
